Ah. Upon further review this is MOSTLY true, though some states outlaw out-of-state private sales of long guns, too.

Like Taxachusetts, for instance.

Hence the inclusion of the term "technically"? See post by user 'sboyajian' above.

You're in VA. He's in NC.

Call me crazy, but wouldn't a F2F purchase without an FFL transfer be illegal anyway?

Technically?

Any time I hand a weapon of any form or caliber to ANYONE, it is done with the magazine out and the action open.

Respectfully, if you do it any other way, you're doing it wrong.

The means to win is to REMOVE ourselves, our money, and our diplomacy from the ENTIRE Middle East. ^^^ This. And don't forget, we REFINE the oil into gasoline for just more than the U.S. We'd get oil from other countries, and maybe this would be the push we need to become energy independent for REA...

Apparently Andrew Goddard isn't so fond of the idea. He thinks that armed EMS will result in more casualties. Just like if his son had been armed, more people would have died at Tech.

Yep. That's logic.

Re: False Patriotism

Like it or not the CSA fired the first shots, and it was after those shots were fired that Virginia joined the CSA. You're joking, right? The federal garrison was ordered to surrender Moultrie, so they spiked the guns and fled to Sumter under cover of darkness. SC, exercising its sovereignty, deman...

Seems to me that even if a particular model has been in continuous production, the tools, facilties and people doing the work will still have changed with time and technology. So what are you left with as the difference between a firearm that has been continuously produced and one that has been dis...

It comes down to the ACTUAL purpose of the 2nd Amendment, which is to defend against TYRANNY IN GOVERNMENT. If the government has the upper hand, militarily, then they can enact whatever legislation they want without fear of armed reprisal. And that is exactly what they've done. The last time a comp...
