Re: 20 Round Magazine Limit in Virginia
Concealed carry gets a pass on larger than 20 mags. Just get a concealed carry permit. Who wants to carry a 30 round magazine loaded or not anyway [ Post made via Mobile Device ] http://vagunforum.net/images/mobile.png I'm guessing it would probably print. ;) http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_9ypE7dC4vlo/T...

So, they look "intense" and are "scary?" Genius. Maybe the school should spend a little more money and have them duracoated pink.

Saying and doing are two different things. Signing the Declaration of Independence wasn't the action of an "extreme moderate." For further evidence, please refer to my signature.donut wrote:I do also believe Ben Franklin said something about being a extreme moderate.

Re: So...what if this new ban gets passed?
The only thing that might have limited the carnage in Newtown would have been 30 round magazines being outlawed but if he shot 10 with the AR and then used the handguns the outcome wouldn't be different. He also could've simply reloaded. Has any mass shooting ever stopped because the BG ran out of ...

Please explain...... If it is posted "No Guns" it is the law..... Not on private property. All they can do is ask you to leave. If you refuse (whether a sign is posted or not), you can be charged with criminal trespass. http://www.handgunlaw.us/states/virginia.pdf Excerpt from Page 7: Do ...

Re: internet ccp...
Obviously, firearms regulations are a mishmash of Federal, state, and local laws. Whatever. We're arguing semantics. The point is, you apparently feel that any firearms regulation of any kind is an infringement of your 2A rights. I'm afraid we'll have to agree to disagree on that point. I'm supporti...

Re: internet ccp...
Why is it not a constitutional right? The 2nd says that "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." A government saying that I can't bear arms in a concealed manner seems like an infringement to me. The 2A pretty much only covers gun ownership for law-abiding c...

The shooting portion was basically proving you knew which end of the gun to hold, and could hit the broad side of a barn. 25 rounds. At 3 yards: shoot 6 rounds right-handed, 6 left-handed, 6 using both hands. At 7 yards: shoot 7 rounds using both hands. Needed 70% on target (anywhere within the bigg...

You have to pass a driving test to get a driver's license. Is it really unreasonable to ask people to pass a shooting test to get a CHP? I took a 6-hour course offered at a local gun range. There were several people in the class who had previously taken on-line courses and found them lacking. We had...

Re: My Email to Regal Cinemas
"NO GUNS" signs do not carry the force of law. The worst thing that can happen if they find out you're armed is they'll ask you to leave. The worst thing that can happen if you're unarmed and some nutcase starts shooting up the place...? You do the math. If it bothers you, vote with your f...
