Am I mistaken, or does an unloaded gun = the perfect excuse for a robber to shoot YOU and get away with it? I'm no Lawyer but...If a robber can legally shoot you under ANY circumstances (during the act of a robbery) then our legal system needs to be taken out back and beaten... Robber=automatically...
