Remington 760 (30-06)

My buddy is selling a Remington 760 in 30-06. I looked online for issues and reviews and found a lot of bashing of the newer model 7600. Everyone seems to favor the older 760. He wants about $400 for the gun. Not sure what year the gun was made in but he seems to think it's a newer 760 model with th...

Re: Recreational shooting on private land in Fauqiuer County

Well, change of plans. The contract for the house in Fauquier went sour but I've got a new, more hopeful contract in Culpeper. Anyone have info on that? I called the county but they just told me as long as I'm 100 yards away from the street and other dwellings. They've got to have some kind of acrea...

Recreational shooting on private land in Fauqiuer County

Just like the title says, I would like to know if anyone has information on private land laws for discharging firearms. Acreage limit, so many yards from another houses etc... I recently put a contract on a house in this county and I am wondering what the current laws are if anyone knows. Any inform...

Re: Pocket Carry of Small Caliber Handguns

I carry the Ruger LCP. I almost forget I have it on me sometimes, which I realize can be scary when you walk into the wrong places. I also use a Galco STO436 holster.

Re: Ruger LCP laser

I got the Crimson Trace. I love it, but it doesn't fit in the holster. [ Post made via Mobile Device ] http://vagunforum.net/images/mobile.png Can I ask how much you paid for it? Just curious for my own price point purposes. Fortunately I got it as a gift, but I THINK it was around $180 but I cant ...

Re: Virtual Buck Pole

You gotta watch out for those Matts.. I hear they can slay some deer. Haha. I obviously havent been watching this thread too closely, but as for my European mount, I know hanging it will take forever I just havent gotten around to boiling it. Re: Ruger LCP laser

Here's the new holster. The front view picture was taken unloaded and the camera was in front of the gun.. not my face. It looks like there is plenty of room for either laser. http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f102/xprezs1/2011-12-16_16-44-16_764.jpg http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f102/xprezs1/20...

Ruger LCP laser

Anyone have any experience with either the Crimson Trace or LaserLyte? Considering getting one of the two. Just wanted to see if anyone has some input on them. Thanks.

Re: Ol' Man's .38 Derringer

I picked up my new LCP today from the Gander Mtn. on Route 3 in Fredericksburg. I went yesterday around 5 and I was on "HOLD" by the screening/background check untill 11 this morning :coffee: Gunna take her out back later or possibly tomorrow (for the fellow hunter sake) and see how she do...

Re: Ol' Man's .38 Derringer

Yea he is a good friend of mine. He told me I could borrow the LCP and shoot it. I told him no, just becuase I would never lend someone a gun to borrow. I've been asked that before... I have always thought it was a strange question to ask. We've got to get together this weekend anyways, so I'll shoo...

Re: Ol' Man's .38 Derringer

This whole time I was under the impression that it was the Chrome/Wood style but it is the Blued version. I might just save my money and get an LCP because thats what I really want right now. My buddy said he would sell me his LCP, 2 mags, holster, and some ammo for $250.
