All of the exemptions pretty much makes it pointless.

This seems like quite the stretch though. When does a firearms transaction actually take place? Negotiated online? Or in person during the actual transaction? Seems like he is trying to say merely communicating or informing others of intent to sell qualifies now for his definition.

It hinges on whether the person sold by advertisement. What is advertisement? I would be willing to bet the house that posting a "for sale" on say VGOF could be construed as an ad.
