45 days is the max I believe all counties are different as far as how long it might take, my county Prince William took 10 days from the day I dropped it at the clerks to the day it came in the mail I was very happy with that.

In Prince William county, you just go to the clerks office with all paperwork and certificate sign it in front of the clerk pay your $50 bucks and it took 10 days

Thanks for the tip Art I will have to get by there someday soon its not real close by but I get out that way every once in awhile.
