Cavalier range in Oilville is just a few minutes north of Richmond. They have rifle out to (I believe) 600yds, trap/skeet, and hold monthly IDPA/USPSA/3 Gun/Steel Challenge matches.

We're up to 43 counties and theres about double many more that will be voting soon and more than likely come on board. Geographically you're going to end up with like 90% of the state pro 2A. Last I saw somewhere between 30 and 40 counties in the state will be voting on this in the next couple weeks.

I haven't searched to see who won the Sheriffs spot but I didnt vote for him. And I guess you've brought up a good point that I guess everyone would have to be on board for it to be worthwhile to the county. Dinwiddie just voted last night to declare so now we have 3 counties, Appomattox, Campbell and Dinwiddie.

I dont think you can have a loaded gun stored in a vehicle without a CHP. I could be wrong. If it is indeed legal than I would simple open carry the gun to your vehicle and then store it.
