I was thinking about giving you a call today. I miss hanging out and I'm tired of working. LOL

Since I'm self-employed, I can come down any time you guys want to hang out. Shooting is always fun, but even if it's for indoor activities at a local watering hole, I'm game.

Yeah I like this gun more and more every time I shoot it.

Still need to swap out the front sight for a fiber optic but other than that she's a keeper for sure.

You come on down Mark and you can take her for a test drive.

I've said it since I got mine. Best 1911 for the money. I like it as much as any I ever shot - or looked at.

CIB, feel and weight is pretty much on par with a standard 5" 1911 in .45.

A few folks online have mentioned it would be nice to have some checkering on the front strap but I have no issues.

The trigger is what's really interesting. It's a series 70 action and I measured with my Lyman around 2.5-3lbs. Short reset and glass rod break.

Still on the hunt for a front sight and am leaning towards a Dawson fiber optic.
