Well, has Food Lion done anything horrible, lately? What about Farm Fresh (I know that Williamsburg has a couple, and the steaks are-or were- better than Chow Cat)? And, there may be a Martins, or two.

Also, I understand that Publix has opened some locations in Virginia, though I cannot verify that. (Wife says she thinks that Short Pump, or Careytown, may have Publix)

Publix is a Florida chain. My Father, who has the time to keep up with which businesses to patronize, and which to avoid, has a fondness for Publix. Though, off the top of my head, I can't say why.

Publix has joined the dance so if you're boycotting they're out too.

Foodlion is the only grocer around that hasn't caved, yet.

Publix, too? Well damn.

Hopefully, Chow Cat will remain true to their Southern roots, and not cave in to this nonsense.

Heard this morning that Wal-mart is calling for the ban and seizure of many semi-auto rifles. They will also stop selling handgun ammunition as well as rifle rounds. Told my wife we're done with Wal-mart. We'll have to pay a little more for groceries, but I don't care.

Well, after Wal-mart done messed up A-Aron... I started going to the Food Lion up at Dunlop Village on E Ellerslie Ave.

Found if you're looking for Cheap crap? Big Lots works JUST as well as Wal-mart.

Even found that Lidl has made NO statements, but has a good selection of crazy foods.

I can live without Wal-mart, but can they live without REDNECKS!?!? I do not think so.
