I used to store mine in the attic. In those zippered soft cases.
I'm amazed, or used to be, everytime someone says, "Oh, don't store your guns in soft cases, it'll make'em rust!" I had some that went 8 years between when I put them up there and when I got them out for inspection/wipe down and none of them had a hint of rust on them.
People need to figure out what oil and a soft cloth is for.
And, nice Auto 5. Much prettier than mine. It was used hard and put up wet for a long time by it's outside appearance. Inside it still runs like a top.
