Re: Lobby Day - Jan 20th ... Standing up for our gun rights!
I was there, our building, and our money paying these people. Attendance is the most important thing regardless of it being crowded. They need a visual of we the people. Many may have pure reason why they couldn't make it but there are many with no excuse. If our rights go to hell I don't want to he...

Re: Very Bad Experiance Virginia Center Commons Mall Glenn Allen
Just to set myself straight, I have know very prefessional security guards that either were retired LEO, or like you said did not want to be a cop so they went down the security road. On many instances I have heard stories from them on all the Barny bad ass wana be's. In one case a former LEO securi...

Re: Very Bad Experiance Virginia Center Commons Mall Glenn Allen
I agree that a few bad eggs have ruined the perception for security officers. I agree with your first two facts and as far as the third I hate to say it but you are right. In a lethal situation security officers are directed to help who they can and not put themselves in harms way unecessarily. I g...

Re: Very Bad Experiance Virginia Center Commons Mall Glenn Allen
Don't get me wrong. It sounded as if the other person was saying "oh if people are mean to me or i feel threatend or to avoid being mistreated" That is how I took it. I understand that most people with guns are not going to just walk around like "I HAVE A GUN SO NOBODY MESSES WITH ME...

Re: Very Bad Experiance Virginia Center Commons Mall Glenn Allen
Wow, I am sorry you had to be subjected to that. Most of the people I know have only worked there in the last five. I will agree though that a much larger sign in bold print would help as far reducing the number of and I hesitate to use this word but "confrontations" with law abiding gun ...

Re: Very Bad Experiance Virginia Center Commons Mall Glenn Allen
Not all malls across the country are no gun. As well if they are not well posted you have no Idea, especialy when you have open carried there many times in the past with no issues. As well I understand that you say they dont know you but come on, I was in there with my wife, daughter, and son. Yes t...

Mine just says Right Wing Gun Nut....Close enough.DWinter wrote:I want a bumper sticker for my truck that says, "I'm one of those gun 'totin crazies YOUR govt warned you about."
I'd put it right underneath the lettering my wife had done for me that says "Doesn't play well with others"

Re: NEW RIFLE: input please?
For what it's worth I like my Savach 30/06 with the thumb hole stock. Very comfortable to hold, and a very ballanced rifle. I as well like the acutrigger and its adjustability. Have shot many 30/06, but for some reason the recoil is far differant as being less on the Savach in my opinion.

Re: store " no handguns allowed" signs
[ , but I certainly wouldn’t get on a public site and announce to the world, that I am a law abiding gun owner with the exception that laws and policies mean nothing. Tell me what my name is kenny. Oh that’s right; you could be one of the anti's just trying to add to a false sense on how gun owners...

Re: store " no handguns allowed" signs
Whats so funny about this thread is I bet most would agree; If you were to put up a no trasspass sign on your private property, that is what you would expect. If law did nothing to inforce your own rules or people refused to carry out your wishes on your own property you would not be happy. Owners ...

Re: store " no handguns allowed" signs
I had to stop before reading the whole last post. As far as who would know, I would know if I was doing something knowingly against a company policy. If the issue is that bad, why would you want to give them your money in the first place? Two wrongs don't make a right, I feel them keeping up a poli...
