What's interesting is that people are quick to say business owners have the right to tell certain people they can't come in, but they don't have the right to tell other certain people they can't come in.

It's "Whataburger." Whataburger is in Texas. "What-a-burger" is a completely different chain with origins in SE Virginia and outlets in the Carolinas.
