Florida VS Jardines - Supreme Court Ruling

In short, drug dogs are illegal to use in a search of your house without first issuing a warrant. They consider it a 4A intrusion. Justice Satomayor gives a decent analogy of the thinking behind the ruling.

We still have a 4A?

When was this? I had assumed it murdered via sacrifice for the "war on drugs".

So can police chiefs still confiscate my car for their private use? :thumbsdown:

well, the irs can confiscate and sell your property on allegations of drug sales.
