Hi All-- I read recently a bill was introduced to permit leaving a firearm in a vehicle if it is in a locked container. This strongly suggests it is currently illegal to leave a firearm in an unattended vehicle, whether it is in a lockbox or not. Can anyone confirm this, and if so, do you know the b...

Well, assuming you plan to use that shade (rather than sit in the tent - or is this more like a tarp or fly?), I'd tell them that and politely ask them to move. Certainly if I wanted to move it I would, regardless of who's next to it.

I've bought several pistols and a shotgun at GT, and almost always had a good experience. I think it frankly depends on who waits on you. Prices for new firearms seem to be at somewhat of a premium, but I can't say I've been there lately. I wouldn't hesitate to go in and look around.
