Re: Suggestions for good night sites for an M&P Shield
I know the Trijicon HDs are floating around for the Shield now. Thats what I was looking at since I have them on my Glock but then I saw the Ameriglo iDot sights. the front sight is just like a triji HD in that they both have the tritium insert in the center which is outlined with a flourescent glow...

Re: EDC AO knife
yea AO is typically asisted opening and people tend to just say auto for automatic openers but sometimes the lingo gets mixed up so just needed to Clarify. Again, you cant go wrong with any benchmade IMHO. Zero Tolerance knives are great. A lot of really good manual openers are just as quick and smo...

Re: EDC AO knife
pretty vague question, if thats what it was supposed to be. assisted our auto? as stated, autos are restristed to LEO/MIL only in VA. Assisted are fine. Next question, whats your budget? Be cautious of lower pirce knives. Before I knew about good EDC blades I had numerous S&W knives that would b...

Re: Home grown, high quality custom holsters and gear!
Justin, We dont get enough orders for the tapco mags (we have had zero requests to date for such an item) to justify adding those to the site as a permanent option, however, we would be more than happy to make a custom carrier to accomodate the tapco mags. It would just require you to send in the ma...

Re: my current pride and joy
Try Wilson Combat magazines. That might help. Depending on how many rounds habe gone through it, ot may just be breakin or the springs might need replacing. Limp wristing? Hard to say with the given info. Welcome to the club and enjoy that trigger. [ Post made via Mobile Device ] http://vagunforum....

my current pride and joy
So im not a big 1911 fan but as a holster maker, one of the most requested guns was a Sig 1911. Since they dont make a blue gun for the Sig 1911 I was constantly turning down orders since I didnt have access to one. Well, about a month ago, an opportunity arose and I ended up with a GORGEOUS Sig Sco...

G4S International Training Inc.
So this past Friday I had the pleasure of taking the Tactical Pistol 1 class at G4S ITI in Shacklefords Va. I had not heard about this company until a page I follow on facebook mentioned them and I saw that they were in VA. I had been looking everywhere for a 1 day tactical/defensive pistol class in...

Re: Liberty in hopewell has Glock 19s and mags!!!!
Nice! I should hit them up more often. Gonna do any mods to it? I like the custom colors. FhvlJ7dVFeo I want to evetually Cerakote my M&P and Glock. The M&P in a burnt bronze or FDE and the Glock in some sort of silver. I really like the Glock EXO edition. I dont think ill do anything to th...

Re: ThinkFast Custom Kydex
I have been wearing the IWB holster that Chad made me from sun up to sun down every day since the end of October. That sucker is comfortable! The loops and snaps show no sign of wear and everything is just as sturdy as the day I got it. Being this was my first holster I had a ton of questions and C...

Re: Running threaded barrels "just because"
Just for looks? No. I do have them for suppressors though. They do look cool with knurled thread protecters on them. If you carry the gun, you may find that not all holsters are friendly to an extended/threaded barrel. A longer barrel will give you more velocity, but it's not much. Usually the thre...

Re: Running threaded barrels "just because"
I don't think the extra length provides any substntial improvement in ballistics. I think there's an issue with carrying if you do not have a chp, however. [ Post made via Mobile Device ] http://vagunforum.net/images/mobile.png interesting. I have a chp so thats no problem but i have never heard ab...
