and as to that sharp edge that is where a small flat Jewelers file helps , just "Break" that sharp edge.

The Good news is with a lot more people shooting 45 ACP than there used to be ,range pick up brass is more plentiful than it was .. most people do not reload and are glad to let me clean up their Brass when they are done.

Dented 45 brass is Real common .. no big deal .

Might look into Hi Point .. low price but serviceable

Carry. I normally carry a full sized 1911. Any of the major manufacturers should give you good results. I prefer the Glock myself. Save your money and buy a EAA witness . instead of CZ they are the SAME Gun for all practical purposes.
