Do you or have you open carried in the past? I live in Virginia and am waiting on my CCW to arrive in the mail any day now. Open carry is legal here however I have only seen it done rarely in the Norfolk area and typically only around gun shops.

You can purchase one handgun per month unless you have a concealed handgun permit (CHP), which exempts you from that rule. I think you can purchase as many long guns as you like. Applied for CHP yesterday :). Literally been in VA for ten days now, clerk said 45 days or less, what is the average wait?

How many guns can a upstanding resident of VA purchase a month legally? Handguns/rifles? Is there a limit?
