2011 Nissan Frontier S 8k Miles Pickup Truck

For sale is my 2011 Nissan Frontier S pickup truck. I bought this truck new last September and still have the window sticker in the glove box (truck was built August 2011). The truck just ticked over 8000 miles this morning and has had it's first oil change completed. I will have the 2nd oil change/tire rotation done in the next three days (receipt will be provided). The truck has the following options: AC, preferred package, bedliner, class three trailer hitch and wiring, six airbags (driver, passenger, side airbags and curtains), ABS, TPMS, four cylinder engine (EPA rated 19 city/23 highway. I get 21-22 combined and 23.5 highway) and a five speed manual transmission. I've really enjoyed owning this truck and if I could own more than one vehicle I'd keep it, but I can't so it's got to go. I'm not using the truck as a truck and my commute has just doubled, unless you have a Prius or Camry hybrid so I can use the HOV lane this is going to be a cash sale. The truck is very clean on the inside and doesn't have a scratch or dent on the outside. I will wash and detail the truck prior to delivery to the new owner. It currently is registered in DC and has a valid inspection from October (good for two years). KBB has the truck listed at $17,241 in excellent condition which it is however I will split the difference between excellent and very good at $16,900 OBO. Please do not low ball me.
