Why is the shipping price different between the group buy prices and standard purchases? Shipping on the group buy price for 9mm 115gr (1000) is $28.12, and it's $19.28 on the standard price.

Welcome from King George. Luckily, I've only met a couple of people that I won't say are anti-gun, they just don't understand why someone would carry. I try to educate them, but it doesn't always work.

No they won't. I believe the residential setting refers to in house treatment like a half way house. The other question means the courts have placed you in a mental institution.
