Re: Carry Permit
If now a VA resident, would the PA resident permit still be valid? Wouldn't it then need to be a PA nonresident permit? Anyway, open carry and enjoy! [ Post made via Mobile Device ] http://vagunforum.net/images/mobile.png PA doesn't have a resident and a non-resident license. It's the same either w...

Re: Open Carry Rules
The police officer returned the gun and ammunition to him and told my son that he wasn't going to be in any trouble for it this time, but the law mandated a minimum age of 21 to possess a handgun. . So the officer essentially said: "You're breaking a law...a gun law no less...but I'm going to ...

Re: Arkansas House passes bill to allow guns in churches
Never understood how any State could prohibit carry in a church by statute. A church is a private business. State shouldn't get to decide.

However, FL doesn't accept non-resident versions of VA and UT.MNMGoneShooting wrote: Florida accepts Virginia and Utah. Why not get one of those? ProShooter is doing both on the 28th at Bass Pro in Ashland.
PeacefulGuy, do you already have VA? If so I believe the training you used for that should work for FL...?

This ↓ . All you need is your current military ID. A little off-topic (but not too far) Question: Anyone have info on these online courses that the courts accept? I'm pretty dang sure if my CHP request shows up on the judges desk, who knows my family well (small town), with the online deal that's le...

DE drops reciprocity with VA
Don't see this already posted: Delaware this morning removed Virginia from the list of states it honors. I believe this was caused by Virginia allowing training to take place over the internet. I am not sure if VA will drop DE. Time will tell. Handgunlaw.us has been updated to show this change in wh...

I wish that I had time to do this. I'd like to do this with my boy, and had flirted with the idea of doing it this year. Alas, work and school gets in the way. I have the same problem. Plan to do it with Daughter #1. I work weekends but would take off for this. Originally looked at a weekend in Apr...

Re: Conceal Carry Reciprocity
I checked that out as well but I believe that is referring to residents of the state of Colorado. There is zero flex, I think, for "out-of-staters" who do not carry a CCW that has reciprocity with Colorado. My former docile of AZ had great reciprocity in regard to states that allowed CCW....

We're not currently using the snow plows...could send them down to clear the roads.the protesters have sat down in streets and blocked traffic, or occupied buildings in several cities including Phoenix and Tucson.
