I do have to say this, VA's roads are not that bad. Yes, Richmond's roads suck, at least the interstate does, but compared to my home state of Louisiana? No contest! LA has been rated as having the worst roads in the entire US! VA's roads are very clean as well, not so much in Louisiana.
