NH is New Hampshire which is not recognized.
NV is Nevada which is not recognized.

You may use your UT (Utah) permit as proof to get your NH (still New Nampshire)

My understanding is that Nevada no longer recognizes a Utah permit. Also, there are six states that do not recognize any non-resident permits.
