craziness

Post by Snazuolu »

heres one worth trying to explain to the people. A man went to jail for defending his home. Apparently its better to be a victim than to fight back.

sounds to me like the car was on a public road when the people inside were shot. I believe the police thought the man should have fled to his house before defending with the rifle. He apparantly had to go to the house to get the 22.

Didn't see where the shooter had already been convicted...

More arrests are expected...

With a story as convoluted as this one, the shooter could expect to be detained for a while, IMO.
Now is the time for all good men to get off their rusty dustys...

No one said that he was convicted. He's still sitting in jail for defending his girlfriend and her children. What a crock.
