The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors is having a hearing this Tuesday, June 21, on a new pneumatic gun law that affects the County. The Board of Supervisors is hoping to only hear from the antis about how unfair and dangerous it is to allow people to shooting BB guns on their own property. The new law goes into effect on July 1st and it strips localities of the ability to prohibit shooting pneumatic guns on private property as long as it is done in a safe manner.

We need to be at this hearing in numbers to express our SUPPORT for the new law, so Fairfax can't go crying to the General Assembly about how most people they heard from hated this new law.

The time for the hearing on the new pneumatic gun law is set for 5 P.M. on Tuesday, June 21st.

The hearing will be held at the Board Auditorium, 12000 Government Center Parkway.

Once they adopt the new ordinance, it will go into effect immediately. So Fairfax residents will be able to legally start shooting air guns on their property no later than Wednesday morning!
