***************************************************************************************Yep you're exactly right Mrs "It's all about me" the ultimate narcissist will attend to promote herself. Never mind that the leadership of Rolling Thunder did not invite her to attend, or speak. Never mind that Rolling Thunder is an "APOLITICAL" event. Never mind that Rolling Thunder, has not, does not, and will not endorse ANY POLITICAL PARTY, OR POLITICIAN. And most important, never mind that Rolling Thunder is organized by veterans, for veterans and other members of the armed forces serving on freedom's frontiers, and especially those who made the supreme sacrifice, and those who ultimate fate is unknown, but did not come home. It's a joyful day among the somber, and solemn remembrances when veterans and everyone else participating welcome each other in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

Is any of this of any concern for the Quitter in Chief (QIC), the ultimate victim Palin, who is apparently regarded as a modern day Joan of Arc by the ass kissing film pending release in Iowa. Did Palin see an opportunity to dominate an event and took it? A more respectful high profile politician would have politely declined an offer to ride from any veteran who was going to ride. High profile none veteran political figures who had any real respect for veterans would not have wanted to shift the focus to themselves. If they really desired to ride they would do so without fanfare, as some have done in the past.

We'll see if she is unobtrusive, if she conducts herself in the same manner as any other rider. I doubt it, but even narcissists can sometimes recognize that it's not always about them.

Btw since President Bush also rode a bike maybe that's the difference between POTUS and wannabes like Palin who will never be POTUS.

Good Lord, man. One would think that Obama is your brother or cousin the way you feel the need to defend him and disparage others at every turn. Obama's a jackass and is ruining this country. Get over it.

For the record, I don't like Sarah Palin either, but I think she'd do a better job running things that Obutthole has.

Hey Mr Z. good lord is right! Other than pointing out that Presidents Obama, and Bush both ride bikes, Who said anything about President Obama? I sure didn't. The post was all about will the Queen of Mean Palin, who apparently thinks hate is an American value, try to suck up all the oxygen out of an event that has nothing to do with her, or politics.

Already the press coverage of the event is focused on her rather than veterans. Hopefully, the media will get wise and pretty much ignore her until such time as she decides to actually run for President. Until then what the Quitter in Chief (QIC) does or says is of no more importance than what Paris Hilton says or does.

As I said, we'll see.

It would be nice to have a chopper one day I'm not not sure I could trust other drivers.

Link to pics... Sarahcuda was a passenger on someone else's bike, while First Dude, Todd, rode a different bike. Could be she doesn't have a bike license.

In any case, it looks like everyone had a good time.
