says on page 231 under the section "Race and color" the following:
"Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and "other nonwhite."
"The category "white" includes, in addition to persons reported as "white," those reported as Mexican or Puerto Rican. With one exception, a reported mixture of Negro with any other race is included in the Negro group; other mixed parentage is classified according to the race of the nonwhite parent and mixtures of nonwhite races to the race of the father. The exception refers to a mixture of Hawaiian and any other race, which is classified as Part-Hawaiian. In most tables a less detailed classification of "white" and "nonwhite" is used."
Obama's "Certification of Live Birth" shows father's race as "African". That word was not used in 1961 to describe race.
"I don't talk to Obama voters often. But when I do, I order large fries."
That certificate like many from the era is an easy to make copy, Any good paper hanger could make one. in short order time. The illegal immigration market has a whole side industry in making that stuff good enough to fool government workers for welfare, food stamps, DL's etc: Personally I doubt its origin. It will definitely bring out some of the true idiots of both sides to continue this name calling spree leading to election time next year,
"Not to worry, I got this !!! " "Stand your ground. Don't fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here." Captain John Parker
Like many I have my doubts as to his birthplace, but I fail to see how any of it matters anymore. We can't undo the hands of time, and even if he produced a home video of his mother pissing him out with a Hawaiian beach in the background, that isn't going to significantly change people's minds. People should be talking about his policy failures and not some stupid birth certificate.

Dirty rotten stinking liar to be more precise....and yes, way back in good ole 1961 black newborns in the states were labeled "Negro" on their BC. Now maybe in Kenya they were labeled "African." Also, there was an article the day before about the original long form being moved to a special safe where only the hospital director had access. The next day we are all proudly presented with a computer generated copy...why not a zerox of the original....perhaps the good doctor forgot the combo...still stinks if ya ask me...
No more catchy slogans for me...I am simply fed up...4...four...4...2+2...
I have downloaded and deconstructed the document. When you "scan" a document to .PDF is does not interpret layers and individual items, much less ghosting.
You cannot physically separate parts of it. Period.
And I can do lots of things with this document that I could NEVER do with a scanned object. It is a complete and utter fabrication - and a very poor one at that.
I'm not sure what bothers me more - that it is such an obvious fabrication or that the fabrication is so obvious.
Even Alex [choke] Jones said something to the effect of "Why would they post such a blatantly fraudulent and manufactured document?"
It is terrifying on so many levels that this idiot and his idiot circus are in power... and there's not a damn thing that can be done about it. Oh, sure. "Vote them out". Brawk. Once the damage is done, it's done. Your system ain't gonna save you.
The quiet war has begun, with silent weapons

I'm certainly not one to defend Obama and I wouldn't be surprised if this birth certificate is a forgery, but as was previously stated, who cares at this point - it's too damned late.
That said, I think that African would make sense with regard to his father since his father was not a US citizen - he was a citizen of Africa, which makes him an African. If his father were from Norway, the birth certificate would say "Norwegian". The Negro/White/Eskimo/etc part of the document cited in the OP would apply to US citizens only, yes?
