CheyTac M-200 Intervention

You said if money was no object. I couldn't even afford the ammo if somebody gave me one LOL

m24 is a close second
followed by something I might actually get, a ROMAK-3

I assume that the question applies to guns you want, not already have though.

Too over-the-top? I know it's not what you had in mind when you asked the question....

Growing up a few miles from Dahlgren and hearing the 16" guns being fired on an almost daily basis, I had to. Utterly infeasible, but these boys make one hell of a boom. Check out the size of those breech plugs!

All original, unused 1911 (GI Model) in the box. Actually, make it two so I can look like this sweet Smiley.

Gotta be a wise investment.

Range: 41,622 yards (38.059 km or 20.55 nm) with nominal 660 lb (300 kg) powder charge

For you reloaders out there... that would load up almost a million 9mm cartridges. And at today's powder prices, that's like $13,000 per shot.

When I was the entry team Sergeant on our Dept. SWAT team I carried a MP5 SD and was issued same. I had to give it up when I took over as the Sniper Sergeant in charge position but then I had 3 diffrent sniper type rifle's that were issued along with my unmarked vehicle. It was not bad haveing all the ammo I could shoot at anytime for free. I enjoyed the work for almost 22 years.

My tastes are humble, and aviation related... ya roight!

A more reasonable choice, (and I am the third to list it) is an MP-5 SD with collapsing stock. I have already stock piled 12,000 9mm cases in the event I can begin reloading for this 'lil honey!

I've wanted a M60 since I was a kid.

That and a M41A pulse rifle.

M2HBs have been dropping in price; a sideplate gun is only about two or three thousand more than a complete MP5. Realistically the only differences between them now are ammo costs and shooting locations.
