WTB: Ruber Mini-30

Seeking a Ruger Mini-Thirty Carbine/Rifle preferably tactical black but will settle for wood grain stock.
Price range: $500 - $700
I'm in Northern Virginia but willing to travel to Richmond and Hampton Roads, possibly even Winchester, VA.
