George Soros rewriting the US Constitution

Post by TheGodfather »

That's right. A non-American citizen bent on one world order is behind an effort to rewrite the US Constitution. :packin:

http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=280277
At least three White House advisers and officials, including President Obama's regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein, have ties to an effort funded by billionaire George Soros to push for a new, "progressive" U.S. Constitution.

Part of it will include a "Second Bill of Rights".

The mandates would include the following:
  • The right to a useful and remunerative job in the industries or shops or farms or mines of the nation;

    The right to earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing and recreation;

    The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return that will give him and his family a decent living;

    The right of every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home or abroad;

    The right of every family to a decent home;

    The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health;

    The right to adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accident and unemployment;

    The right to a good education.

All I will tell you is Soros is very protected. This man has collapsed entire countries and financial systems in the world several times. He even collapsed the bank of england a few years ago. Google it, you'll see.

Well, if they try to re-write the Constitution the states signed on to, it will be a golden opportunity to opt out. I'd like to think the so-called "red states" would just declare the old deal dead by the novation/rewriting, and decline to join in the new deal..Thing that worries me is, Which way would Virginia go? We might have to give every county that borders DC to Maryland and go the way of West Virginia. I didn't say JOIN West Virginia - - can't even THINK that. Maybe we could ask to be annexed into North Carolina. Yeah, that's it........just call it Nawth Nawth C'lina.

Nah, How about we annex them and it can be South V'ginia, But seriously if any politician was to even think of this kind of action I seriously think he;d be ending his career as a politician very ,very early! reading that thing makes me think Mr Soros has been huffing glue and actually believes in Utopia(s);;; He could start by giving away all of his Billions as show of good faith first. then dry up nad blow away,,,

This perfectly illustrates the BIG problem in this country today. Too many people refuse to distinguish between rights, responsibilities, and consequences.
  • a useful and remunerative job in the industries or shops or farms or mines of the nation comes when one acts responsibly and pursues the necessary avenues to acquire the skills needed to attain the useful and remunerative job.

    earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing and recreation, again, take responsibility for your actions as above and the earnings will follow.

    every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return that will give him and his family a decent living, again, this ties into the first two. Act responsibly, and you will be rewarded. Raise the crops and/or the animals that are in demand. DO NOT rely on the government to artificially inflate the prices for your goods.

    every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home or abroad, it's called CAPITALISM people...in other words, "Build a better mouse trap, and the world will beat a path to your door"! I dare say that capitalism has driven more innovation than anything else.

    every family to a decent home, aside from "a decent home" being purely subjective, acting responsibly will ensure "a decent home".

    adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health, if one performs due diligence in acting responsibly, they will have these.

    adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accident and unemployment, (must I really say it again?) act responsibly by taking actions to acquire the skills that are in demand and invest wisely (read responsibly) and those economic fears will be unfounded.

    a good education, many are given a good education (some are even given an outstanding education via scholarships), yet still act irresponsibly by feeling that the world owes them something.
Yes America, there is a difference between a "Right" and a "Responsibility". There are consequences as well. If one does not act responsibly, then as the saying goes, "stupid is supposed to hurt!"

The sooner that we, as a country, realize this, the better off we will all be!

And that, gentlemen, is what the "new" constitution would look like if we were ever to have another constitutional convention. The people who promote a concon are either dupes or charlatans.
dorminWS wrote:Well, if they try to re-write the Constitution the states signed on to, it will be a golden opportunity to opt out.
Haven't you heard? There's no "opting out". Admission to the union is a one-way street, enforced at gunpoint for a century and a half.

The Constitution as construed by the sons of Lincoln is little more than a suicide pact. There's no leaving except by death.
Maybe we could ask to be annexed into North Carolina. Yeah, that's it........just call it Nawth Nawth C'lina.
Looked at North Carolina lately? Their name is descriptive: NORTH. It's run by Yankees and commies (but I repeat myself). Ideologically they have more in common with Maryland than with the rest of the south.

Sad but true.. I lived in NC for a few years, hated to leave, Now I wouldn't go back there for love or money.

I wonder if they could put the Soros' "2nd Bill of Rights" on little rolls of tissue with a 1000 two ply sheets for use in the crapper? Best use for it I can think of.

I think that if you go read a couple of constitutions in foreign countries you'll find some very similar to this...(hint: start with communist and socialist ones first, bonus points if your first pick is somewhere around eastern europe...)

I wrote these years ago, and they're still valid today:

1. You have the right to defend yourself by all means necessary against all conflicts.

2. You have a right to find food.

3. You have a right to find shelter.

4. You have the right to be left in peace.

5. You have a right to reproduce.

6. You have the right to an opinion, and express your emotions.

7. You have a right to have a dream/wish/goal.

8. You have a right to have faith w/o challenge.

9. You have the right to wander unfettered.

10. You have the right to group w/ others with like-minded ideals w/o conflict.
