Turkey pics

Post by Vahunter »

I put out the trail cams overlooking a freshly planted wheat foodplot to see what if any turkeys were using it. Figured I get DK all worked up by seeing the bird he can shoot on opening day. Well DK what do ya think of him ? Big enough ?

Here's a closeup of him profiling..

The wheat didn't come up as well as I expected so today I disced it and replanted. I got a pic of a fox too. He has to go before he gets hooked on turkey dinner.

I think DK should have to bag the fox first, then he can take a turkey :hysterical:

Awful purty Henry...he looks like a big one. Young and I will be down in a couple weeks to scope em out. She wants to make sure she's got a pot big enough for em...

If my lovely bride get's back from N.J. in time for the shoot and meet I will talk to her about it. As a new grand mother she has deserted me and has set up residence in our daughters house with our grand daughter.

Glen, y'all can come here and shoot anytime you want too. The wife don't mind any loud noise that way when she hears something loud outside she know's that I am still alive and kiking.
