Submitted my Form 4!

Finally got the county sheriff's signatures and dropped everything off at my local NFA dealer! Now the really long wait.

As a word of advice to anybody in Fairfax County looking to do a Form 1/4, the local sheriff doesn't do any face to face signatures. You have to drop off an application package and then wait 3-4 weeks for the signed package in the mail.

As if the 5 month wait for the BATF tax stamp wasn't long enough!

They're running a bit faster lately. So probably less than three months for you, all else being equal.

Sweet! SilencerCo Osprey 45 and a 9mm piston. Hosts are a USP 45 compact and a Sig p239/p229.

Can't wait! Already thinking about my next NFA purchase...addictive!

Buddy if mine has a Form 1 with them right now and called to check on it today; apparently they are not running as fast as they were. He was told that at this time, they are trying to start looking at the forms within 90 days of going pending; sorry, but it will prolly be a good four months to wait.
