What browser are you using? There's an embedded YouTube clip. I added a link as well for those who may be embedded youtube clip disadvantaged.

I don't think browser matters right now. I'm behind a firewall on a US Government system. Our computers are so locked down by the IT guys that we can't even use them within our own network most of the time, the web is even worse.

If you're on the GIG then youtube is indeed blocked. Same here along with many other things.

You can refuse the vehicle search. I didn't watch the whole clip, (It truly is a piece of crap) but without documented or substantive probable cause, you get into the whole "Unreasonable search and seizure" thing.
As to the production values of the video, it was clearly done by someone who smokes a lot of dope and hates peace officers.

gorknoids you make some valid points and it does appear that a doper produced the video. Having said that it does highlight a couple of valid points. LE are trained to to ask questions a certain way and they seem to shepherd you towards giving up your rights without you even realizing it. There are simply too many "incidents" nowadays for people to not be informed. As a law abiding citizen I'm starting to see a trend and IMO it aint good.

This is the group that made the video they have several series of videos that are worth atleast one viewing IMHO as they touch on some points that may not be known.

There is a book out that has the same title as this thread. I think it was written by a sane person.

I think this long, long video can be summed with:
1. You don't have to consent to police searches.
2. Don't argue, fight, or run from the police.

Personally, I liked the Chris Rock video about not getting arrested:
(this is likely not safe for work for some of you)
