Added "View New Posts" link to topic pages

I like the "View New Posts" link that gunderwood pointed out to me. It lists all of the new posts since your last visit to the forum, and is quite nice for keeping up with the flow.

I have added it to all of the topic pages so now, when reading a topic, just look at the line under the topic title near the top of the page and you can click straight back to the "New Topics" page and get on to the next topic.

Cool, huh?!

Good idea. It was a minor annoyance to have to go back to the board index to find the link, but now it is fixed! Please don't change it so like the RSS feed it skips several topics.

No plans to do that. The RSS feed is formatted that way in an effort to keep mainly firearms related topics and less politics in the feed (i.e., the "Politics" forums aren't included in the RSS). Maybe I should revisit that...

I actually think keeping the politic threads off of the RSS is a good idea. The RSS may get dispersed far and wide and while the politic threads are fun, they aren't the focus of the sight. I like these threads being on the new post page so I don't loose sight of them though.

Me too. I've recommended this on a few forums...

now if we can just get it at the bottom of the page too...
