Simmons Whitetail Classic--anyone have any experience?

MidwayUSA has Simmons Whitetail Classic 50mm 6x20 scopes on sale on a regular basis. Anybody have any experience with these? I'm thinking of scope-mounting a Mosin-Nagant on a budget.
