Post by VBshooter »

I just want to whap each of them upside the head and say, "Come here legally, become a citizen, then vote. In the mean time, if you want to leave your home country so bad, why do you feel the need to turn the U.S. into a third-world version of your home country?"

Hitler misuse - Check
Belly shirt with big floppy belly - Check
Swastika reversed, 7th grade bad ass style - Check

I'd stop at the whap and save my reason for the reasonable.

That flag was pro US immigration enforcement? It looked like it had been vandalized.

Like many of you here, I spent 22 yrs 4 months defending among other things, The right to free speech whether I agree with it or not. (Bear in mind, I extend that courtesy to legal citizens only) HOWEVER, I did not spend that time to defend the right for anyone to desecrate the American Flag especially by illegals in my own country. Had I been there, I'm unsure how I would have handled it, but I probably would have ended up in jail and on the evening news.

My wife is an Immigrant! from China..
It took 1 year from the day I sent in the first of a dozen forms and hundreds of dollars in fees to the day she stepped off the plane..We played by the rules!!
Today she and many of her asian friends married to Americans totally embrace the USA. she speaks english very well and has a 4.0 GPA in college. They accept the fact that they need to be accepted in the USA and to speak english -- I have never met anyone who dosent support them being here -.
neater she nor her friends would EVER be disrespectful of this country --!!

It royally pizzes me off that the Mexicans and Muzzlems can get away with total disrecpect for this country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you may or may not know I live in Prince William County and our Chairman of the Board of Supervisors Corey Stewart is very vocal and adament about the Illegal immigration issue. He is currently putting together a petition to go to the State of Virginia. Here is what he is stating on his Rule Of Law petition:
http://coreystewart.com/ruleoflaw
The Rule of Law CampaignSubmitted by Corey on Wed, 06/16/2010 - 12:02.
Prince William County's crackdown on illegal immigration worked: Illegal Aliens fled the county, and the violent crime rate plummeted. It is now time to protect all communities in Virginia from the effects of Illegal Immigration. Please join me in our effort to protect every county and city in the Commonwealth by following Prince William County's and Arizona's lead and enforce the Rule of Law.

Please join the petition below if you would like your state and local elected officials to support The Virginia Rule of Law Act, which would do the following:

Enhance Police Powers to Capture, Detain, and help Deport Criminal Aliens
Direct Virginia law enforcement officials to ascertain, in any lawful contact, the legal presence of an individual, when practicable.
Direct Virginia jails to release criminal aliens to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after serving their sentence.
Allow law enforcement officials to arrest illegals without warrant if they have reasonable suspicion that the arrest would make them removable from the United States.
Virginia Criminal Penalties for Illegal Aliens
Make it a violation of Virginia law to fail to complete alien registration documents.
Impose harsh penalties for terrorists and illegals caught with illegal drugs and deadly weapons.
Outlaw Sanctuary Policies
Prohibit cities and counties from preventing law enforcement officials from inquiring about legal presence or preventing them from sharing information with ICE.
Outlaw Illegal Day Laboring and Public Roadside Solicitation
Allow law enforcement officials to break up day laboring operations.
Prohibit solicitation along all public roads, crippling illegal day labor sites.
Crackdown on Human Smuggling
Prohibit smuggling and human trafficking, especially for sexual slavery.
FULL DRAFT TEXT AVAILABLE SOON

Join the Cause:
The one thing about this petition that I would have questions about would be the following statement:
Allow law enforcement officials to arrest illegals without warrant if they have reasonable suspicion that the arrest would make them removable from the United States.
I feel that this could lead to a abuse if it is not implimented with the proper oversight.

Call me old fashioned, but a warrant issued by a judge was the proper oversight. A LEO does not need a warrant to arrest you for breaking the law, they need warrants to search and seize your property.

Whenever LE says they want to do something without a proper warrant, we as a society need to listen very closely because our government's enforcement arm is asking to remove the protections against abuse we put in place. That is a very dangerous path indeed.

Garret I agree 100% with your statement. A lot of people get the term Warrant confused because of the TV. There are Body Warrants for arrest of a certain person and there are Search Warrants for the search of specific things such as House's/car's/storage shed's etc. but as we know you can only search thoses places that are spelled out in the Warrant. Not like on TV. where they tear apart a house looking for something that would only fit in a GARAGE.

I mean that you cannot search a small night stand for an AK/47 etc.

AFAIK, they wouldn't need a body warrant to arrest a suspected illegal though. They can do that today. Aren't body warrants mostly issued for skipping bail/trail and such?

IF I PUT THE CROSS HAIRS OVER THE LEFT TEAR DUCT, THE .308 180 GR. POWER POINT SHOULD JUST PERFECTLY TAKE OUT THE LEFT IRIS OF THE OLE GLORY DESECRATING BASTARD IN YOUR FINE FILE FOOTAGE...

AND YOU KNOW ME,....WOULD HATE TO WASTE A PERFECTLY GOOD ROUND ON THE WORTHLESS BASTARD, BUT SOME TIMES YOU HAVE TO:

1. DO IT YOURSELF
2. TAKE A LOSS ON THE UP FRONT FOR THE OPPORTUNITY OF LONG TERM GAINS...
3. REALIZING THE OPPORTUNITY IS -NOW-TO MAKE A LASTING IMPRESSION

OVERALL, THESE FOLKS WOULD BE MUCH SAFER IF THEY DID THESE TYPES OF ACTIVITIES FROM THIER HOMELAND, NOT OURS...

BUT SINCE THEY HAVE DECIDED TO PLAY, I SAY ...GAME ON!
Be particular, and be vigilant, as the enemy will only attack on two occasions:
When you're ready or when you're not ready.

Also never forget, that everyone who shows up, is not necessarily there to help.
