Finally Found The Perfect Conceal Carry Holster

Post by alby »

Given that my Conceal Carry weapon is a Glock Model 30, its very difficult to find the
perfect holster for it. Finally, after searching the Internet for the perfect holster, I
found this one, "The Dual Carry" by D.M. Bullard Leather Mfg.

I'm still waiting for it to arrive in the mail. But given the looks, its just what the doctor ordered.
Inside the pants concealment, behind the back location, secure fit with two clips, and it doesn't
require the belt to be completely undone to remove the whole holster and gun should you need
to visit someplace that says no guns.

Glad you found something that works well for you. Looks comfy.

Thanks for shareing.

Looks like about $70.00 with a couple of options that can be added including a liner, personalization, etc. The guy makes some nice looking holsters.

Here's his site showing many of the holsters that he makes:

and here's his online store in the "Dual Carry" category:

I'm still waiting for the delivery, so I can't comment yet on its comfort.
But I'll be sure to report in a few days when it arrives. It was $70 bucks
and then a few extra dollars for shipping.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't the belt be worn over the clips in the picture?

That's their own picture of the holster, so I guess that's how they expect it to be worn. That said, I suppose you can wear it however you like! :)

No just like the SuperTuck I have, the clips use the belt as support and they hold onto the belt when drawing so it does not pull the holster out with it.

Nice looking rig though. can't wait for the report.

My custom manufactured DM Bullard holster arrived (back in May) and all I can sing is praise about it.
Nothing beats a holster customer manufactured specifically for your pistol. Made by hand,
in America, by Americans (A Family Business), with the owner who actually responds to their
emails personally.

All I can say, is that if anybody wants a quality holster, get it from DM Bullard.

I've been carrying my Sig P239 in this holster for several months, 15 or so hours a day most days. I where it exactly where shown in the photo above. Very comfortable, very easy to draw and to re-holster. Generally I carry concealed but I've used it OC several times. A friend saw it and ordered one for his full-size Kimber 1911 and uses it daily.

I think it took about 6 weeks to get, but I've been very happy. I've been surprised how little mention Bullard gets.

BTW, the clips can be repositioned to allow the rig to be worn under a tucked shirt as well, though I've not done that yet.

My Stealth Nighthawk works for me. Took 3 weeks to get. Very comfortable once I figured my sweet spot out. I can sit in the car or at my desk, yes I am wearing it now. I do not even know that it is there.

I own 2 of Bullards Dual Carry holsters, and like them both, very comfortable. It can be adjusted for cant by moving one clip up or down on the holster, and can be adjusted for depth by moving both clips. The holster has 2 holes for each belt clip.
I also have a Crossbreed Super Tuck and like it as well. The Super tuck I had made with the extra leather to shield the entire hand grip from my body, and I do not know if that is an option with Bullards holsters but I will ask the next time I order one, because I do like that. It keeps my handgun grip from getting covered with sweat in the summer months.
