For those of you attending the Second Amendment March http://www.secondamendmentmarch.com
in Washington, D.C. tomorrow, you just might want to consider taking along some food and beverages.
Although many thousands of pro-rights activists are expected to converge on the scene, here is what march organizers say on their website about food availability:

Will food vendors be on site?
This is an unknown. The National Park Service contracts with specific food vendors, and only those vendors may sell in that area. There is no guarantee that these vendors will set up shop near our event that day. However, those local to D.C. have told us that generally there is a vendor within a block of the park grounds.
Please remember that this is a park, so you are welcome to bring a picnic along with you! The only stipulations are that you do not bring glass containers (per park rules) and we ask that you remember to take all trash with you when you leave.

For those boarding Bus #1 from Richmond, Warren Sturrup of Froots Restaurant, at the boarding site in Glen Allen, will have his restaurant opened at 5:30 a.m. Monday, and can have available a variety of packaged meals (salads, paninis, breakfast and lunch wraps, and beverages). If you're interested, he asks to be contacted in advance for food and staffing planning. He can be reached at 804-747-9090 or frootswestend@yahoo.com. (this does not constitute a VCDL endorsement).
