A Hunting Forum

Post by Bob »

Looks good Rick.

One more day to go til spring turkey.

I was out this morning and didn't hear or see anything not even a deer, the woods were dead. This afternoon I put a doghouse blind up on the edge of a field and will hope for the best saturday.

The birds seem spotty, one day they are gobbling the next day nothing.

Ah - so, Saturday is "Turkey Day"? Sounds like a good day to eat a lot and sit in the recliner in front of the TV! Have fun in the woods! heh

With any luck, I'll be out catching some catfish again this weekend. Caught a nice stringer of them last weekend. Largest was about 4lb.

Oh wait - this is a Hunting forum... Well, I'll post a couple of fish pictures anyway :)

Good luck with the turkey Bob. I have two picked out behind my house, all they need to do is cooperate.

Thanks, good luck to you to. I didn't go out scouting today, I figured I would let the woods quiet down real good before the AM.

I didn't hear any gobbling from my back deck this morning.
