Long Distance Rifle Ranges / Trap Shooting

Hello VGOF -
I am new to the area (Alexandria) and am looking for 2 things:
- 200 yd + rifle range
- Good sporting clay course

Any suggestions???

Do not know of any 200 yd ranges but below is 2 clay ranges
