are all the tables usually set up Friday that are there on Sat? I have never been on Friday, but I work like 5min from it, and get off at 245 so timing to get there when it opens is near perfect.

I'd say probably over 80% of the vendors are set up by closing on Friday. There are some who just don't show up until Saturday but most do.

Is the guy selling reloading supplies set up on friday? I usually hit them first thing sat am for powder and primers. Or is there a cheaper source locally?

For all you Moisin fans - There was a guy at the Charlotte Gun show that had a crate of Moisins for $115 each. As I was not buying I did not paw the rifles but the ones on top looked brand-spanking new. He was not in the main building so his traffic was very slow. If he makes the trip north it might be worth checking him out.

If your thinking your going to just jump right in at the opening doors, I'll let you in on something. I was there once at 2:45 and was amazed at the line of people down the sidewalk and around the corner to get in. Just a word of warning.

I've been up there on a Friday when they first opened. The Reloading guy is there and set up. He will even have a Ficken crowd. You will want to get to him early if your looking for something important.

I think you can still buy the passes for admission before the show opens. Fifty bucks, IIRC.

Much nicer to get a pass from a friendly dealer and skip the line and the fees...

If someone comes across the vinyl sign/ lettering people, who were at the Gun Show at RIR in Richmond, at Chantilly, I would greatly appreciate if you would post their business number or website on here. I have a project in need of some vinyl lettering.
You just have to ask yourself, is he telling you the truth based on knowledge and experience or spreading internet myths?

You're getting www.VaGunForum.net in 4" letters on your back glass? Sweet! :)

I grabbed one of their cards, but can't find it right now. Will keep an eye out for it. They seemed like nice folks and I have a job or two for them as well if their prices are right. They couldn't quote me 1,000 VGOF Euro stickers at the show.

Was a good show... Picked up a nice Glock 26 w/Factory night sights for $525 and some ammo from Georgia Arms (never used their ammo, but heard lots of good reviews)

Went to the show Saturday. Got some ammo. And some other goodies. On my way out the door they announced over the PA that Theodore Van Kirk was there. He was the navagaitor on the Enola Gay. I shook hands with the man. Wish I could have gotten a pic. I was in awe. Meeting him just made my whole day. Paid my respects, and thanked him for his service.
