To answer your question the good news is none of the laws passed ban any guns or accessories. Lobby day succeed in stopping the “assault weapons” bill. However there are some bad Bulla that made it through.

Here is what is going into effect:

Private sale/transfer ban

One handgun a month

Increases plenty for “recklessly” allowing a child to access a firearm

Removes State preemptions allowing localities to ban guns:

Required those subject to a protective order to turn in guns:

It's been fairly quiet around here, lately. I do continue to poke my head in, when I have a chance. Lately my time has been consumed by my surprise chickens; keeping them alive and healthy, creating a home for them, etc. I've got that in a decent spot, so now I have a garden to resuscitate, as the sudden appearance of chickens caused me to severely neglect all that I had planted.

Lol, yep. Surprise chickens. The wife went out with her mother, came back with day-old chicks. Neither of us knew anything about raising them, and I had absolutely no place to put them. I was... less than amused...

Hey Rev; I figured that you may have done something different with phones; as I recall, you've never been particularly fond of carrying one around, lol. These days, I don't keep mine handy, either. But, I do try to look at it, once or twice a day, in case I've missed something.
