When people ask why you need a high capacity magazine remember this one.
While it's true only one of them was armed, this time, how is a home owner/honest citizen in lethal danger supposed to know that ahead of time?

I believe a recent VCDL alert had a link to a video of 11or more rounds being fired in an attempt to stop a knife wielding man. The officer still got cut. One shot drops are an unrealistic expectation and when there is more than one aggressor magazine size really does matter.

Active Self Protection had a recent video where an off-duty cop shot himself dry and picked up a dropped gun. Extra mags anyone?

He said, "Best use a hammer instead."
