Pa non resident permit

Was up in pa vacationing and made a side trip to reading(berks county)to apply for my permit.took about 30 minutes,20 bucks later I was out the door.no muss,no fuss,all in all,a very good experience.

I did the same thing in Adams County last year. Swung by on the way to go 4-wheeling. Took me longer to find a parking spot than for the clerk to process the paperwork and print my permit. Virginia could learn something from their process.

I use to live in Bucks County as a nonresident. They'll take 20-30 minutes to issue. I got mine back in 2015.
