These are concerning the rigging of the 2016 DNC primary.

Donna Brazil stated the DNC rigged the system to illegally steal the primary from Bernie Sanders. Bought and paid for by Hillary, this is real collusion and dishonesty. A major violation of campaign finance laws and money laundering.

Any transaction the seeks to disguise or conceal the proceeds of an illegal action, is money laundering, the illegal activity would be violating the Federal law in campaign contributions and secondly filing a false and misleading report on those.

She paid the DNC $9 million and then controlled all of the hiring, money distribution of funds to various states and didn’t file that action on the campaign report that showed the funds actions.

She allowed a Pakistani IT person to have complete access to the entire DNC computer network.

These are concerning the broken Federal Laws in Hillary’s E-mail scandal.

18 USC 798: Espionage Act. Knowingly and willfully mishandling of classified information.
She had hundreds of above Top Secret records on her unauthorized unsecured E-mail server.

18 USC 793(F): Espionage Act. Mishandling classified Information through gross negligence.
She allowed an unauthorized private lawyer that didn’t have any security clearance to have access and have on his office computer to the hundreds of those above Top Secret records from her unauthorized unsecured E-mail server.

She moved above Top Secret records from the federal data base onto her unauthorized unsecured E-mail server.

18 USC 2071: Federal records act. Removal and destruction of government records.
After a Federal subpoena was served to her to hold all of the E-mails on her server, she authorized an IT person to scrub her server with a bleach bit program that contained 33,000 on that server in order that those E-mails couldn’t be retrieved.

Federal Laws broken in the Uranium One Deal.

The following Federal criminal codes fall under Hillary Receiving $145 million from the people from the nine businesses in Russia that were the recipients of the 20% of the uranium and Bill receiving $500,000, twice his normal speaking fee from the same businesses in Russia.
Also, 7 of the 9 members of the board that signed off on this deal, including Hillary and Holder have personal access and relations with the Clinton Foundation, so basically Hillary controls the money they need and want access to.

The bottom line is, it doesn’t matter whether she was a prior political opponent, all of these various Federal Laws that were broken by Hillary concerned bribery extortion and kickbacks. All of these begs for a Special Counsel, because where is the equal justice under the law if she would not be held accountable for these federal crimes.

Just remember her own statement, “No one is above the law” and she needs to be held accountable, if there is to be equal justice under the law.

I've been says for years.... if I commented just one of the 1,000+ federal felonies that she did... I would be in prison for a long time.

Just remember, each individually exposed classified item/information is a separate count. All of the classified materials were printed and submitted as evidence and there were 11,000 pages! With multiple infractions per page!

I was in the Navy for 20 years and was the Top Secret Publications custodian and if I would have lost or destroyed ANYTHIG that I was in charge of I would have been held accountable and most likely loose my security clearance and if that would happen I couldn't continue in my rating as an Operations Specialist.
