Four boxes to be used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, ammo - use in that order.
If you aren't part of the solution, then you obviously weren't properly dissolved.

Not a bad idea, but there is no duty to inform in Az., if my source is correct.

I have mixed emotions on this. I have the right to not inform but if reducing the element of surprise keeps me alive longer I think that would be my preferred option.

The reason for all this was to avoid a Philando Castile type of incident. Castile informed that he was carrying. I'll go along with visible hands and no sudden moves...wittmeba wrote:I have mixed emotions on this. I don't tell police anything I'm not legally obligated to. You're asking for trouble whenever you start to volunteer information.

Nah... I have been pulled over 3 times in my life while CC'ing. All 3 times I was thanked for the heads-up and after a few minutes to check my status, I was cut loose with a verbal warning.

Direct quote from my lawyer, "Wanna not get shot by the cops? Keep yer winkie, and your weapon in your pants. Because when either come out in front of them? Yer gonna either go to jail, or be shot."
