Conceal Carry at Richmond Coliseum

I am attending a comedy show on 2017- 04-06 at the Richmond Coliseum that is NON school related and was wondering if it was O.K. to Conceal Carry at this event?
I am a legal gun owner and posses a CHP
Is Open carry allowed as well
I know that it has been going back and forth for a while on this matter , and just wanted to get the latest update
