Antique vehicles and generators need help

Over the years I have accumulated a number of 6 and 12 volt generators for antique cars and trucks.
Who in northern VA can test them for me? I live in Falls Church.

You local autozone should be able to test alternators, they may be able to do generators too I'm not sure.

I don't think that they have an on site mechanic, but they may be able to point you in the right direction to find one.

All you need to do is put the proper voltage to the armature terminal,iirc and it should spin if good
