The reason for some of the current government leaks

17 days prior to Obama leaving office, he signed an EO changing the procedures for the recording and dissemination of NSA wire taps. Prior to that time going back to the time of President Reagan when an authorized wiretap was recorded if there was any question if there was an American on the recording, the recording by law was required to be stopped and no further recording be done, without a federal warrant.

But after Obama made this change to that law 17 days prior to leaving, recordings were allowed to be continued even if they knew there was an American on one part of the conversation and beyond that, the NSA wasn’t the only agency that had access to these recordings, Obama allowed these recordings to be disseminated to 13 other government agencies.

This action opened Pandora’s Box in having a large number of people to have access to secret recordings that they shouldn’t have access to. That right there gave all of the anti-Trump player’s ammunition in these 13 other government agencies to have access to the most recent phone conversation between Gen. Flynn and the Russian Ambassador and through that, able to leak it to the press.

My question is, was this a plot by Obama to allow the anti-Trump people in these other agencies in the government to have access to this info, to undermine President Trump through various illegal leaks to the press? Because if it wasn’t why didn’t he make this change years ago. This action by Obama stink’s more than a dead fish after 5 days lying out in the sun.
