To ignore a user, add him to your "foes" list under your User Control Panel (UCP).

Let me tell you why the foe list doesn't work for me... I know that "a post" has been made, but not the content. My curiosity forces me to click the "display message" link, even though I know it's going to get me worked up. Its as if, I'm addicted to arguing with stupid people.
