S&W 642 w/ Lasermax: Carry Options?

I just purchased a J-frame .38 special for the wife on her birthday. It comes with the under the barrel lasermax product, and was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on a decent concealed holster option. Obviously the position of the laser makes mold fits all wrong. I'm thinking I'm going to have to go with some kind of nylon rig, but maybe you guys have some other ideas. Thanks.

I originally wanted to go with a crimson trace but was unable to find one available.

There are some custom kydex holster makers who I think could use the actual gun as the mold for the holster.

Look up EDCholsters on facebook if you can. Ron can make such a custom holster.
